Dear customers
We will be back online at full service soon – but already from now on you may access your customer account by entering the shop here. Please ignore the fact that products are being marked as sold out or out of stock, this will change with most of them once the shop is fully live again.
Just a few more words to explain ourselves:
The main reason why we were forced to halt our services is that we had to face some serious illness within our staff and their families due to the Covid-19 pandemic. In regards to this, we also needed to protect the rest of the team with quarantine, rotating shifts and even more distance regulations – which all in all left us with the devastating truth that it will be impossible to handle all incoming orders in the near future.
We know that the decision to stop the webshops came rather abruptly, but the situation did not allow any alternatives. So, please accept our apologies.
Please still be a bit patient with us answering your emails. We are working hard on every single request, but we also still need some time to do so. In addition to this we hope that some of your requests will be easily answered once you are able to login and check your account online again.
